Various light spots selectively illuminate trees and natural stone walls and the decoratively placed fire bowls and candles further complement the warm atmosphere.
Open wedding ceremonies in our garden or in the woods are especially popular.
The capacity of our facility is 107 persons on the ground floor and max. 70 persons on the upper floor. In the garden we can cater for up to 300 people. There are 80 parking spaces available.

Helen Pfaff accompanies weddings at Heuboden as celebrant and musician — from the unique ceremony through Apéro and dinner to the exuberant Party. Individual, flexibly combinable and perfectly attuned to the atmosphere of the venue.
Celebrant-led ceremony with Helen
A ceremony that is personal, humorous, emotional and unique. Helen serves as both celebrant and live performer. The processional is accompanied by live music, creating immediate emotional moments. The ceremony includes a personal love story, the ring exchange, individual rituals and the involvement of family. The recessional is celebrated with rousing live music.
Live music for the Apéro
Helen creates a relaxed, uplifting atmosphere with live vocals and guitar at a pleasant volume. Optionally with a saxophone walk-act or a small live band for larger occasions.
Dinner music with vocals and piano
Warm, delicate background music accompanies dinner without overpowering it. Line-up: guitar with vocals or vocals with pianist. Heuboden features an in-house grand piano, ready for use.
Party band or DJ with live vocals
After dinner the celebration begins — with DJ Helen (plays all music requests, performs selected songs live) or a full Party band (audience interaction, packed dance floor). Both formats appeal to all generations. When combining multiple services, you benefit from especially attractive rates.

Sabrina and Mischa Bättig from Steinhausen accompany weddings at the Heuboden as a well-rehearsed photography team. Their modern yet timeless style and creative approach capture every moment in vivid, authentic images — from getting ready in the morning to the exuberant party at night.
Wedding coverage — from getting ready to the party
A range of packages, from compact ceremony coverage to a full-day reportage with 12 hours on site — with a second photographer on request. All images are carefully edited, and a “best of” website goes online within 30 days. Travel expenses throughout Switzerland are included.
Wedding film & drone footage
Heartfelt wedding films with a highlights teaser and full film, plus breathtaking drone footage (weather and permits permitting). Your day stays unforgettable in moving images too.
Audio guestbook in a vintage telephone
The creative alternative to a classic guestbook: your guests leave personal messages, funny anecdotes and loving wishes as voice recordings — bookable individually or free of charge in combination with a wedding reportage.
A well-rehearsed team
Behind the camera are Sabrina, Mischa, Andrea and Patrick — photographers, videographer and drone pilots of the Lichtblick Studio in Steinhausen. They are especially passionate about free-form, personal ceremonies that break with traditional concepts.
