2. General
Protecting your privacy and personal data is important to us. We process your data exclusively on the basis of the applicable legal provisions (FADP, GDPR).
3. Processing of Personal Data
3.1 Server log files
When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically stores information that your browser transmits:
- IP address (shortened / anonymised)
- Date and time of the access
- Page accessed and referrer URL
- Browser type and operating system
This data is used solely to operate the website securely and to defend against attacks. It is deleted after a maximum of 30 days.
3.2 Contact form
When you send us a request via the contact form, we collect: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), company (optional), type of request, preferred date (optional), number of guests (optional) and message.
Purpose: processing your request and contacting you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 31(2)(a) FADP. Retention period: 3 years after the last contact.
3.3 Event registration
When you register for an event, we collect: name, e-mail address, phone number, number of guests, chosen time slot (if applicable) and any remarks.
Purpose: processing of the registration, reservation, sending the confirmation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance). Retention period: 10 years (statutory retention obligation under the Swiss Code of Obligations).
4. Cookies
Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device. We distinguish between strictly necessary cookies and cookies set after your explicit consent.
4.1 Strictly necessary cookies
Required for the operation of the website (session cookie, CSRF protection, storage of your cookie preference). These are set without consent.
4.2 Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4)
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Data processed: pseudonymous device ID, shortened IP address, pages visited, time on site, browser/device information. Purpose: analysis to improve our services. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
You may withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie banner. Transfers to the USA may be based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties
We disclose your personal data only in the following cases:
- To data processors who support us: hosting provider Metanet AG (Switzerland), e-mail service Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (Microsoft 365), analytics provider Google Ireland Limited.
- To authorities, where we are legally required to do so.
- With your explicit consent.
Data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR or Art. 9 FADP are in place with all processors.
6. Your Rights
You have the right at any time to:
- Information about the data stored about you;
- Rectification of inaccurate data;
- Erasure of your data;
- Restriction of processing;
- Data portability (receipt in a structured format);
- Object to processing;
- Withdraw a given consent with effect for the future.

7. Data Security
